So we finally have power after a five day black-out. A tornado (or severe storm....we hear different accounts) caused lots of problems for us here in St. Louis. We enjoyed sleeping in a hot and humid, non-air conditioned place and when we finally couldn't stand it, we enjoyed barging in a friend's house to sleep. I was totally unprepared for a little disaster (didn't even have bottled water). I highly recommend buying a little vacuum thing that doesn't need power (you know, like they have at elementary schools and in the nursery).
We are definately moving to South Carolina so that we can be unprepared for a hurricane. I get my excitement where I can.

So, you have a blog! I'm so glad I found it. It is always good to read your words friend. I've been in a little bit of a writting block myself. I need to just get over it. I hope your move is going well. No matter how you look at it, the process of moving is always a pain in the you-know-where. Let me know when you have an address and I will send you a real letter. I don't know if I told you but we will be in UT for a month while Dave does a rotation at the UofU. I will make a special trip and enjoy some chocolate covered strawberries in your honor.
